Delivery service is available within our designated delivery zones around Pine Plains, NY. Delivery areas and availability may change based on weather conditions, driver availability, and other operational factors.

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and distance. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

Delivery orders must meet minimum order value requirements, which may vary by delivery zone and time of day. Current minimum order amounts are displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and may vary by location. Additional service fees may apply during peak hours or for special delivery requests.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested immediately after placing an order. Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Cancellation policies may vary based on preparation time and order status.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are owned by Anthony's coal fired pizza and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display our content
• Create derivative works based on our services
• Use our trademarks or logos
