In 2002, Anthony Scotto brought his family's century-old pizza tradition from Brooklyn to the scenic Hudson Valley. With nothing but a passion for authentic coal-fired pizza and a dream to serve his community, Anthony opened the doors of what would become Pine Plains' most beloved pizzeria.

Anthony Scotto opens the first Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza location, bringing authentic Brooklyn coal-fired pizza tradition to the Hudson Valley.
